Guilty-Free Crepes

Who says eating healthy has to be boring. We all tend to get bored with the everyday chicken and sweet potato meals. I have made the most amazing guilty-free Crepes, i want to share with everyone!

Ingredients
·         4 egg whites
·         1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
·         Fillings:mixed frozen berries or unsweetened cocoa powder, cinnamon, fresh fruits, peanut butter, nuts.

Preparation
·         Mix and pour in a non-stick skillet and cook for approximate 2 minutes.
·         Fill with anything your little heart desires- healthy that is.
·         Fold over and enjoy!
This tasty seasonal treat has no trans fat and is very low in carbs!
